The Writing Room focuses on craft, accountability, and consistency – not quick fixes. Lessons are delivered in clear, task-based emails with an accountability system, supported by live mentorship and community writing sessions. Authors can choose self-study programs, year-long mentorships, or immersive retreats in locations such as Lesbos, Greece.
Publishing with Purpose
In 2017, Sarah co-founded QuickShift Publishing to release her own books (Clear Your Clutter, Write Your Book in 100 Days) and later expanded to publish other authors. In 2023, QuickShift merged with Destep Publishing to form Black Ink Books, a boutique house focused on memoir, novels, poetry, and meaningful nonfiction.
Celebrating Our Authors
Over the past 15+ years, Sarah and her team have helped hundreds of writers become published authors. Some are global bestsellers; others wrote books for family, legacy, or personal healing. All are proof that writing a book is a journey of courage and clarity.
